What we’ve had on the office stereo this week

‘The Water You Walk’
Christmas songs have been fuelling the Harley Live office for longer than we’d care to admit this year, but in amongst all the Mariah, we’ve managed to make time for this seasonal offering from Anticon founders and alt-rap outfit WHY?. And, yep, there are sleigh bells.

‘Gimme Something’
Los Angeles punks FIDLAR excel themselves on the video for their soon-to-be slacker anthem ‘Gimme Something’, reworking grainy, loud-shirted Creedence Clearwater Revival live footage to have the band act as pretty damned convincing stand-ins.

The Pictish Trail
‘The Handstand Crowd’
Having earned itself Clash’s Track Of The Day earlier in the week, ‘The Handstand Crowd’ is a typically gorgeous, understated slice of melancholia from The Pictish Trail. Don’t forget that you can come and see him to heap praise upon him in person at our place in February.
