The Happy Days Diner is open for business

From 12pm to 8pm throughout January and February, we’ll be coming over all 1950’s America with the aim of putting some happy back in the days of Sheffield’s recession-stressed punters.

The Harley’s Happy Days Diner makeover includes a mini 50s rock & roll-themed facelift, and a great comfort-food menu with a huge variety of home-made gourmet burgers, shakes and sharing plates, all sold at retro prices.

To give you a taster, for £4.50 you can get the Fonz, a gourmet beef burger loaded with streaky bacon, homemade onion rings and homemade BBQ sauce; the Fred Astaire, a spiced lamb burger topped with chorizo, ale & mustard cheese and red lentil dip or the Buddy Holly, a spicy Bean burger loaded with char-grilled halloumi, fresh tomato and olive & chilli tapenade.

The star of the show is our Happy Days Meal where you get a Happy Days burger (beef, lamb, chicken, portabello mushroom or spicy bean burger loaded with Monterrey Jack cheese, jalapeno salsa and guacamole), fries and a beer, glass of wine or soft drink for just £5.00

There’ll also be sharing platters for £7.00, bowls of nachos, chicken wings and racks of ribs. We’re also damned excited about our new shakes, which come smothered in whipped cream, sprinkles and syrup. Plus, you can add a shot or two of booze for only a quid extra.

If that wasn’t enough of a reason pay us a visit, we’ll also be running a £2.00 sale on drinks from 12pm to 12am every day alongside the diner, which includes bottles of beer, glasses of wine, premium spirits & mixers and JagerMonsters. Oh yes.

Gee baby, ain’t we good to you?
